AspenRidge North's Rehab Model and How it Can Help You

There are as many different approaches to drug and alcohol rehab as there are rehab clinics. No two rehab experiences are the same, just as no two addiction experiences are the same. We hope that you find AspenRidge North's program to be the best way for you or your loved ones to get your lives clean, free of the influence of drugs, and back to being independent and free.

But we don't want you to make that decision without knowing what we have to offer first. Here's what makes AspenRidge North's addiction rehab special:

Combined Outpatient and Inpatient Care

There are pros and cons to different models of rehab, and one of the most discussed is the difference between inpatient and outpatient rehab. AspenRidge North's model attempts to take the best of both methods by combining an outpatient treatment model with a controlled, sober living environment. We want our patients to get the treatment and therapy they need, and still be able to enjoy themselves. We believe addiction treatment shouldn't feel like a hospital stay.

This is why part of our addiction rehab includes so many amenities - not only do we want you to overcome your addiction, we hope you enjoy yourself, and maybe even find a more positive activity to fill your time after your days are free of addiction.

AspenRidge North's outpatient treatment program entails coming between one and five times a week from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, on weekdays only. We don't require long term commitments once you start our program. You'll enjoy both group therapy and individual therapy with a professional, experienced addiction counselor.

If you go through with the full AspenRidge North program, you'll transition from your outpatient treatment to our sober living facility, which shields you from the temptation of a relapse when you're at your most vulnerable. We also organize activities, group outings, sports and games, and any number of other recreational events to keep you active and keep your mind off your vices.

However, one of the best things about our outpatient treatment is that you can simply take the outpatient treatment alone, and then return home instead of to our facilities. Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is an increasingly popular option, especially for recovering addicts who want to spend their time with family, or continue their everyday commitments like work or education. AspenRidge North's Treatment Model and Philosophy

AspenRidge North unequivocally endorses the healing power of therapy. We treat addiction as a mental health issue that must be treated at its source, rather than a physical health issue that can be treated with medicine. We truly believe the right therapists have the ability to change lives, help you move closer to your dreams, and even save you from a premature death. When you're struggling with addiction, the right therapist truly could make the difference between whether you open the next chapter in your life or not.

At AspenRidge North, we want to offer you something better than loneliness and ostracism. Our therapists really listen. They understand, respect your values, and meet you where you are. Rather than forcing you to do something you're not ready for, our therapists work with you to design a customized recovery plan that feels safe and comfortable. Whether it's just addiction, a combination of addiction or mental illness, or a lifetime of pain and trauma, our therapists will help you achieve the peace you deserve.

We use an active approach. We don't just sit and nod. We understand you as an individual, not a medical chart or a statistic. We listen. We get you. We help you.

We know it can feel a bit intimidating to open up to a total stranger. But therapy isn't about handing your brain over to someone you don't know. You're the expert on your own life, and we listen to what your circumstances are like, so we can truly treat the cause of your addiction, not just alleviate the symptoms. We're out to truly change lives, not just put you through the motions. And that means we commit to working together with you, and we need that same input from you.

Therapy isn't something you just get, it's something you participate in, you help create. The results of therapy are heavily dependent on what you put into it. Many of our clients report that therapy was the first time they felt cared for, the first time they felt in control, the first time they felt safe, in years. We want to offer that to you, too.

Our program provides comprehensive treatment to people who are finally ready to take control of their lives. We know it takes immense courage to seek help. We value that courage, and we'll show you how to remain courageous even when the going gets rough. We don't promise that the journey will be easy, but we do commit to making it as easy as possible.

Most importantly, we promise that at the end of your recovery journey, a new one will open, a brighter one with more possibilities and optimism than ever before. You'll be free to choose your path, and at that moment, all the work you put in to get to that point will be worth it.

Let us help you get there. Contact us today and find out how we can help you.
